AA and Motorway Direct to conduct dealer audit

The AA and Motorway Direct are conducting an audit of dealers currently selling AA Warranty products in a move aimed at raising the standard of participating sites.

Motorway Direct has provided the AA Warranty product since 2006 and is basing the audit on new best practice guidelines, created in partnership with the AA, which includes additional training and support.
Existing dealers who do not meet the new criteria will be offered a new non-AA portfolio of products and services from Motorway Direct.

“We have kick-started 2011 with a renewed focus on ensuring optimum customer service standards for the end user, and we relish the prospect of developing a more exclusive relationship with both AA Warranty and Motorway Direct dealers,” said Simon Tennyson, Motorway Direct’s managing director.
“New, more stringent standards of practice including further training and support are being put in place to ensure that all of our dealers and their end users benefit from the selling opportunities that we provide.”
